Instructions:
Cadets can achieve the following:
3SG Rank: Cadet Leaders can achieve the specialist rank when they score 50/100 from the course.
3SG Rank + Sea Proficiency GOLD Anchor badge: Cadet Leaders can achieve them when they score 50/100 and a pass on both theory and practical assessments.

The cadet leaders are expected to have revised for the Seamanship d Bend & Hitches theory test as well as Bends and Hitches practical test (splicing). Points will be deducted for poor turnout, poor bearing, unacceptable attitude and behaviour that does not portray expected behaviour of a NCC Cadet Leader.

Things to bring on First day:
1.     Seamanship Manual (Printed and ready, collect during CCA on 1 Mar)
2.     NRIC and School Ezlink card (with photo identity)
3.     Basic writing materials with notebook
4.     2 metre rope for practice (collect during CCA on 1 Mar)
